Established in September 2021, the airline commenced operations on October 31, 2022, with its inaugural flight from Karachi to Islamabad. The airline's fleet comprises six Airbus A320-200 aircraft, each configured to seat 180 passengers in an all-economy layout. Fly Jinnah serves five domestic destinations: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta. In February 2024, the airline expanded its operations internationally, launching its first international flight from Islamabad to Sharjah. Subsequently, Fly Jinnah introduced routes to Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Muscat, and Bahrain, enhancing connectivity between Pakistan and the Middle East.
